IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE

Beware of a Fraudulent Google Listing Impersonating Osaka Spa

Before booking or making any payment, please call Osaka Spa directly at (813) 236-7252 to confirm that you are communicating with our legitimate business.

Dear Valued Customers,

We have become aware of an unauthorized Google Business Profile impersonating Osaka Spa. This listing uses our business name, our exact address, and photographs of our actual establishment, creating the false impression that it is operated by or affiliated with us.

The unauthorized listing directs customers to make online payments that Osaka Spa does not receive. We have experienced repeated incidents in which customers paid in advance through that listing and then arrived at our establishment expecting services.

We are publishing this notice to help customers identify our legitimate business and avoid further financial loss.

How the Unauthorized Listing Misleads Customers

The profile we are reporting uses the Osaka Spa name, the same street address, and photographs of our premises. However, it displays a different phone number and incorrect business hours and directs customers to a payment method that is not authorized by or affiliated with Osaka Spa.

A matching business name, address, or photograph does not establish that a listing, booking page, or payment request is legitimate. Those details can be copied and used without our permission.

For identification purposes, the unauthorized profile we are reporting is:

https://share.google/8il8hvCXhHpEakYXC

Please do not use that profile to contact us, arrange services, or make payments. The link is provided solely to help customers identify the listing being reported.

Please Verify Before You Pay

To protect yourself:

1. Call (813) 236-7252 directly before making an advance payment. Confirm any booking instructions or payment requests with our establishment.

2. Use the official website and legitimate Google profile listed above. Save these links so you can return to the correct business information.

3. Do not assume that a payment request is ours because it includes our name, address, or photographs.

4. Do not provide payment details or personal information through an unverified listing, message, or payment page.

5. If you have already received a payment link or booking confirmation and are uncertain about it, call us before proceeding.

If You Have Already Paid Through the Unauthorized Listing

We understand how upsetting and confusing this situation can be. If you believe you made a payment through the unauthorized profile:

• Do not send additional money to anyone claiming that another payment is required to confirm your appointment, release a refund, or correct the original transaction.

• Save your records, including screenshots of the listing, payment instructions, receipts, booking confirmations, messages, and the phone number used.

• Contact your bank, card issuer, or payment provider promptly. Explain that you believe you were misled into paying a party impersonating a legitimate business, and ask about available dispute or recovery options.

• Call Osaka Spa at (813) 236-7252 so we can help clarify whether the booking or payment instructions came from our establishment.

• Report the impersonating profile to Google using the reporting options available on the listing.

A receipt or confirmation issued by the unauthorized party does not confirm a reservation or payment with Osaka Spa. Because we do not receive those funds, we cannot verify those payments as payments to our business or issue refunds for money collected by that party. Please contact us directly to discuss any intended appointment.

Our Efforts to Address This Issue

We are reporting the unauthorized profile to Google and requesting its investigation and removal. We have asked Google to preserve our legitimate profile and verified business information.

This impersonation is harming customers, disrupting our operations, and damaging the reputation of our business. We appreciate your patience and assistance while we work to address it.

Please share this notice with anyone planning to visit Osaka Spa. Before booking or paying, verify directly with us at (813) 236-7252.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.
